Seeking an experienced attorney to conduct impartial workplace investigations regarding complaints of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, misconduct, and other employment-related issues. The ideal candidate will apply strong legal knowledge and investigative skills to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct thorough and neutral investigations into workplace complaints.

Interview involved parties and witnesses in a confidential manner.

Analyze facts and apply relevant California and federal employment laws.

Review documents and electronic evidence.

Prepare clear, well-supported investigative reports.

Advise clients on appropriate actions and compliance with legal requirements.

Stay current on employment law developments and best practices.

May assist in developing compliance training materials.

Qualifications :

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Active license to practice law in California.

Minimum 2-4 years of employment law experience, including workplace investigations.

Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines independently.

Demonstrated discretion, neutrality, and professionalism.

Proficient with standard office software.
