AppleOne has partnered with a privately owned General Contractor that specializes in Commercial and Residential Construction to assist them in hiring an Accounts Receivable Representative.
Job Title : Accounts Receivable Representative
Location : Corona, CA (100% onsite)
Schedule : Mon-Fri 7 : 30am-4 : 30pm
Pay Rate : $26-$30 per hour

Overview :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our accounting team. The ideal candidate will bring strong QuickBooks experience, a solid understanding of construction billing, and the ability to manage invoicing, payment posting, and customer follow-up with professionalism and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities :
Prepare and process customer invoices and post payments using QuickBooks.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date receivables reports by totaling paid and outstanding invoices on a weekly basis.
Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts to resolve payment issues while maintaining positive customer relationships.
Coordinate with Accounts Payable and other departments to manage lien intents, releases, and related documentation.
Perform various accounting reconciliations and analytical tasks as assigned by the Controller.
Maintain thorough records and documentation of all transactions and communications.
Qualifications :
1+ year of Accounts Receivable experience within the construction industry
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
Construction billing and payment posting experience
Knowledge of prelims and releases
Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
