Average Patients seen : Daily patient volume is adjusted based on acuity and visit type to support quality care
Call Schedule : Averages 2 weekends per year and 1 weeknight every 5-6 weeks, phone call only with nurse triage

Compensation : Base salary starts at $255,000 + incentive plan
