Developmental Disabilities Nurse - LPN or RN (Part Time : 1st shift Sun. Wed.- 12 hr shifts 7a-7p)

Responsibilities may include :

• Performing duties as outlined in the plan of care such as Medication Administration, Personal Care, Light Housekeeping and day to day support.
• 2 : 2 Ratio of individuals through a consistent caseload.
• Effectively communicating updates and changes to patient's status to the supervising RN.
• Maintaining a safe patient environment.
• Providing emotional and social support and compassionate care to patients.
• Maintaining current patient records and progress notes.
• Working as a member of the interdisciplinary team.
• Developing and establishing a plan of care with physician.
