Altona Diagnostics USA, Inc. is a Plain City, OH based company with headquarters in Hamburg, Germany. The company focuses on the sales and technical support of real-time PCR based reagents, developed and manufactured by our scientists in Hamburg, for the detection of pathogen specific DNA / RNA.

Our location in Plain City, Ohio is looking for an experienced Accounting Specialist with a demonstrated understanding of Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record accuracy, accounting knowledge, and willingness to work in diverse areas as the need arises.

Responsibilities :

• Process customer invoicing
• Maintain tracking sheets for Warehouse freezers
• Process vendor invoices
• Prepare payment runs for all @types of payments
• Maintain customer & vendor records
• Prepare for Bi-monthly forecast meetings
• Assist in other areas of the business as needed
• Assist the Controller as needed
• Other such duties as assigned by the Controller
