We Offer

As a Head Fitness Coach you can expect to perform the following duties :

This is a team leadership position and the expectation is to lead by example. The Head Coach is responsible for leading the studio toward monthly goals and achieving these goals. A large part of the position is being out front engaging with the members and staff. As a leader you should be readily available to assist coaches when needed. The Head Coach is responsible for hiring and training new coaches scheduling the classes coach reviews coach meetings coach development in-studio events and outside marketing. Schedule is flexible but must be available for some weekends and holidays.

Compensation : $18.00 per hour

Orangetheory is a science-based full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are a 60-minute class led by a highly trained and certified coach members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
