Patient Services Specialist

A company is looking for a Patient Services Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service and manage patient registration, insurance verification, and scheduling

Maintain accurate and confidential patient information and assist with billing functions

Monitor inventory and stock medications and emergency supplies as needed

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required

Computer experience is necessary

Customer relations experience is required

Experience with Medical Records Software is preferred

Front desk practice experience is preferred
