As a Senior Personal Lines Client Manager , you’ll take ownership of a well-established book of business and serve as a trusted advisor to clients who count on your expertise and care.
Prior experience in personal lines account management and an active P&C license are preferred.
The Job :
- Manage a diverse portfolio of personal lines clients, handling renewals, new business, endorsements, billing, and claims.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and accurately.
- Collaborate with carriers to prepare submissions, review quotes, and negotiate terms.
- Audit policy documents for accuracy and identify opportunities to enhance coverage.
- Support retention and growth goals through outstanding service and consistent communication.
- Work closely with internal teams to streamline processes and improve client satisfaction.
