• Call Schedule : Our surgeons share primary and backup call evenly between 7 surgeons, daily primary call is shared evenly between 6 surgeons and transplant call is shared evenly between 4 surgeons.
• Practice Detail : We are seeking an experienced, BC / BE Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join a group of 5 established surgeons performing over 1200 adult cardiac cases annually.
• EMR System : Athena
• Facility : Ascension St. Vincent Hospital
• Location : Indianapolis, Indiana

This job location is notcurrently located in a Health Professional Shortage Areas (HPSAs) and / or Medically Underserved Areas / Populations (MUA / P) Shortage Designation Type.

Responsibilities

Ascension St. Vincent is actively seeking a board certified Cardiac Surgeon to join our team in the Indianapolis Indiana location. Responsibilities include all aspects of adult cardiac surgery, with an emphasis on cardiac transplantation and mechanical circulatory support.
