Accountabilities :

Support the design, development, and administration of innovation programs and initiatives.

Engage with internal and external stakeholders to communicate program requirements and ensure adherence to program objectives.

Review and process program applications, ensuring compliance with policies and guidelines.

Assist in developing program structures, policies, and procedures to enable effective long-term implementation.

Perform data analysis, generate reports, and maintain program databases to ensure accuracy and provide insights.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, and finance, to promote programs and share outcomes.

Represent the organization at industry events and meetings, advocating for programs and building relationships with corporate partners, investors, and early-stage businesses.
