Job Summary
The IT System Administrator is responsible for maintaining, configuring, and ensuring the reliable operation of computer systems, networks, and cloud-based servers. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, implementing security measures, managing user access, and ensuring optimal system performance to support business operations. In addition, the IT System Administrator will act as a key liaison with the companys third-party managed service provider (MSP), coordinating support, escalating complex issues, and ensuring that external IT services align with organizational goals and standards.

Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours may be required during peak campaign periods or events. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
