A company is looking for a Mechanical Engineer to support the design, development, integration, and testing of mechanical subsystems for defense applications.
Key Responsibilities
Support mechanical design, analysis, prototyping, and test activities for defense-related systems and subsystems
Develop CAD models, drawings, and documentation in accordance with engineering standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist in subsystem trade studies to meet system and mission requirements
Required Qualifications
U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
5+ years of relevant experience in mechanical design, development, or testing
Experience with CAD tools such as SolidWorks, Creo, or CATIA
Familiarity with mechanical engineering principles including structures, materials, and manufacturing processes
