Join Exfluential and significantly impact the success of our clients and our organization as a whole. ResponsibilitiesManage a book of lead medical aesthetics device manufacturersSupplement your sales pipeline by conducting your own prospecting and lead generationConduct a needs analysis with prospective customersDevelop and deliver sales proposals and presentations on product benefits that are unique to each prospectSpeak confidently and eloquently with C-suite, VP, and Director level decision-makers at Healthcare, Medical Device, Pharma, and Lifescience companiesBuild and maintain new customer relationshipsManage pipeline and KPI metrics throughout the sales processMeet and exceed agreed-upon new customer acquisition goalsUnderstand and keep up to date with our industry and competitive landscapeQualifications1-3 years experience selling SaaS software to B2B customers, specifically in the learning management or training fieldsTrack record of meeting and exceeding sales goalsStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skillsProficiency in email communication and presentation building (Powerpoint, Google Slides)Ability to harness financial data to inform decisionsBenefits$80,000-$100,000 base / $130,000-$150,000 OTEMedical, dental, and vision coverage for full-time employees and dependentsFlexible vacation time to promote a healthy work-life balanceAdditional Sales Incentive Bonuses
