Work Schedule :

Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Position Overview :

We're seeking a reliable and hardworking Property Maintenance professional to join our team at an apartment complex in Kalispell. In this role, you'll help ensure the property is well-maintained both inside and out, creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform grounds maintenance including weed eating, mowing, trimming, and general yard care
Handle interior and exterior painting projects
Assist with basic building maintenance tasks as requested by tenants
Lift up to 20 lbs as needed

What We're Looking For :

Previous experience in maintenance or janitorial work is a plus

Strong time management skills and ability to work independently

Positive, hardworking attitude and keen attention to detail

Must have your own reliable transportation

Must possess a valid driver's license

Pass a background check and 5 panel drug test
