Project Lead - Ramp Operations

A large client of Insight Global is looking for a Project Lead - Ramp Operations to assist in leading projects that keep aviation operations moving. This role combines strategy, data analysis, and problem-solving across ramp operations, regulatory compliance, and global network planning.

Day-to-Day :

• Lead cross-functional teams to drive expansion, develop operating plans, analyze data, and set strategies for global process improvements.
• Implement cost-saving projects, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize capacity, technology, and staffing for efficiency.
• Manage global network design and lane capacity, provide ramp operations expertise, and support flight expansion initiatives.
• Analyze operational and financial metrics, lead budget planning, and present business cases for funding approvals.
• Introduce new concepts into operations, deliver technical training, and research emerging technologies and methodologies.
• Develop project plans, maintain regulatory compliance, and act as liaison between operations and corporate teams.
