PLM Strategy And Roadmap Development

Collaborate with PMO and IT leadership to establish a long-term PLM strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals. Work with the Project Management Office (PMO) to manage all aspects of projects from initiation to closure. Follow PMO methodologies, governance frameworks, and reporting standards for PLM initiatives. Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and resources.
