1) What kind of training will I receive?
We're big on helping our team members reach their goals, whether personal, professional, or financial. Once you're on board, you'll dive into our top-notch product and sales training, specially crafted for our agency.
2) Is prior insurance sales experience required?
No. You don't need any prior knowledge about insurance or sales. That part can be taught, you just need a drive to succeed.
3) Will I need to find or purchase my own leads?
Absolutely not. We provide all the leads you'll ever need. Your job is to close deals, not dial for dollars!
4) What is the company culture like?
Our culture is all about doing what's right. Right for the Customer, Right for the Agency, and Right for the Company. By helping our customers get the Right coverage for their needs, we can make a lot of money while helping a lot of people.
5) What does the career growth path look like?
Everyone in our organization has an opportunity to advance within our organization to take on leadership roles.
6) Is this commission-only?
Not at all. Our compensation plan is the most competitive in the state. You'll start with a base salary up to $36,000, plus receive a great commission plan on top of that.
7) What can I expect to make in my first year?
A Sales Agent who consistently meets their goals can expect to make $100K annually!
8) Do I have to work nights and weekends?
Our office ours are M-F 8:30 to 5:30pm, Nights and weekends are not required.

Obtaining a TX Insurance P&C agents License at or before the start of employment will be required.
