Key Responsibilities :

• Customer Service : Greet and engage customers with a positive demeanor, taking their orders accurately and efficiently. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through friendly interactions.
• Food Preparation : Assist in the preparation of food items, following Chick-Fil-A’s recipe and safety standards to ensure the quality and freshness of each product.
• Team Collaboration : Work effectively with team members to maintain an organized and efficient service operation. Assist coworkers and foster a team-oriented environment.
• Cleanliness and Safety : Maintain cleanliness and order in front of house and back of house areas, adhering to health and safety protocols. Regularly sanitize surfaces and equipment.
• Cash Handling : Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register. Handle money responsibly and provide change as needed.
• Communication : Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations and address any concerns promptly.
• Adaptability : Be flexible and willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed in different areas of the restaurant.
• Qualifications :
• Must be at least 15 years of age (or as required by local laws).
• Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
