Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to develop, optimize, and sustain PCB fabrication processes at our Brea facility. This role involves implementing and validating processes, installing equipment, monitoring performance, and driving improvements to ensure high-quality, efficient, and consistent production.
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Materials, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering preferred (or equivalent experience).
2–5 years of PCB or related process engineering experience (plating, etching, or chemical manufacturing preferred).
Strong knowledge of PCB fabrication processes, DFM principles, and process validation.
Skilled in data analysis, process control, and statistical tools.
Excellent documentation and technical writing abilities.
Proficiency with MS Office, process control systems, and reporting tools.
Strong communication and training skills.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary : $80,000 – $110,000 , depending on experience and qualifications
