Duties / Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all activities within the department, ensuring alignment with departmental KPIs in productivity, quality, safety, budget, and continuous improvement.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and direction to warehouse staff in line with company policies.
• Oversee and execute regular cycle counts and physical inventories to maintain inventory accuracy and reduce variances.
• Monitor the condition of the facility and make recommendations for improvements to optimize space, efficiency, and safety; ensure the area is kept clean and organized according to company standards.
• Address operational challenges in a timely, professional manner to maintain a productive environment and meet deadlines.
• Identify and implement opportunities to streamline processes, improve workflows, and boost overall operational efficiency.
