Job Description

Position Summary :

As the Fabrication Supervisor, you will coordinate all production activities and ensure day-to-day operations are completed safely and efficiently. This will ensure that quality products are produced and delivered accordingly and cost-efficiently.

Minimum Starting Salary :   $70,000.00 - depending on education / experience

Essential Functions :

• Oversee and lead employees in safe equipment operations and instill a culture of zero accidents each day.
• Document and investigate incidents to continuously improve our safety performance.
• Focus on issues and errors and take the lead in eliminating root causes.
• Conduct team meetings focusing on safety, production planning and company policies and procedures.
• Provide daily assignments with expectations and follow up on assignments. Providing feedback / coaching to meet safety, quality, and production requirements.
• Use judgment to plan, perform, and make decisions regarding the sequence of set-ups, operations, and processes within the limitations of recognized or standard methods and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
