Project Manager, FF&E, Wilmington, DE
BFW Construction Project Managers is a growing construction project management agency that provides project management, owners representation and staff augmentation to building owners, institutions, and construction management partners. BFW is seeking a Project Manager to provide staff augmentation for its affiliate corporation, Certified-BFW, on a complex large furniture move and install for a large corporate client in Wilmington Delaware.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with the warehouse team, Project team, and Clients as it relates to service and project requests.
- Oversee creation of and / or the review of base contracts and change orders.
- Work with the accounting and project team on invoicing, budget tracking and project schedule.
- Reconcile deliveries as furniture is delivered to the job site.
- Organize job folders within company "k drive".
- Identifying problems, services, and required support for project execution.
- Develop and monitor schedules.
- Develop and distribute daily project field reports through Procore.
- Participate and lead in kickoff and weekly meetings and project execution strategies.
- Help to manage labeling of deliveries and reserve elevators as needed for deliveries.
- Perform other duties as needed at the request of Senior Staff and Team members to ensure successful project completion.
Qualifications :
Experience in or with commercial furniture, construction, or other project management assignments. Experience in a corporate environment is preferred but not required.5 years of Experience in a project coordinator / APM position preferred. Able to work five days per week on site plus work extra hours on delivery days.Preferred Technology proficiency :Microsoft Office SuiteAdobeProcoreGoogle SuiteSAPSalary and Benefits :
