Description
We're looking for an enthusiastic adaptable Assistant Child Care Director who has a passion for working with school aged children (5-12 years of age) in a classroom setting. This position is a full-time position working 9 : 45am-6 : 15pm and assisting and planning the education curriculum Monday-Friday.
This role is a great opportunity to jump-start your career! As an Assistant Child Care Director you will be responsible for overall leadership of a child care center for school aged students. Be responsible for staff supervision, daily schedule, enrollment and building parent and school relations. Qualifications
What you need to apply :
Experience working with children ages 5-12 years of age, in an after school program setting.12 college units with 6 units in Child Development, Education or related field & 6 units in Psychology, Sociology, Recreation, Physical Education, Art, Music, or related field. 3 units or 60 training hours in Administration required or must be enrolled in Administration class within 6 months of hire.Based on minimum education, experience would range between 1-4 years.Enjoy working with childrenGrowth, positive mindset and problem-solving approachCan do attitudeEducation & Certification :
