Electrical Engineer

Position Title : Electrical Engineer

Location : On-site - Wall Township, NJ

Salary Range : $100,000 - $140,000 (DOE) + Bonus

Position Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical Engineer to join our on-site team in Wall Township, NJ. In this role, you will play a large part in circuit design and development efforts, support cross-functional teams, and manage collaborative projects with customers, defense contractors, technology companies, and academic researchers. You will be responsible for ensuring technical excellence, maintaining project timelines, and delivering innovative solutions in mixed circuit design and analysis.

Key Responsibilities :

Participate in the design and development of electrical circuits and systems tailored to project needs.

Serve as a technical resource, offering guidance in electronics and electrical principles.

Interpret customer specifications and convert them into practical engineering solutions.

Create and refine systems and boards for use in customer applications, lab evaluations, and product demonstrations.

Evaluate and optimize basic RF circuits to ensure reliable performance.

Oversee PCB layout and conduct reviews for customer designs and testing setups.

Assess test data and clearly communicate insights and recommendations.

Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical components into broader systems.

Investigate complex engineering challenges and propose effective solutions.

Keep abreast of new technologies and industry developments in electrical engineering.

Draft detailed technical documentation and contracts outlining project deliverables.

Qualifications and Skills :

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in circuit / system design or product applications.
• Proficiency in testing circuits and systems, including automated test development.
• Experience with test software and GUI development (Python, Java, or similar).
• Familiarity with embedded programming (MicroPython, Arduino, etc.).
• Strong technical writing and presentation skills.
• Ability to interpret technical literature and apply findings to real-world challenges.
• Proficiency in data analysis, visualization, and basic statistics.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
