Job Summary : We are seeking an Assistant Manager to support our managerial staff in ensuring efficient operation and excellent customer service within our organization. The Assistant Manager will assist in supervising employees, creating work schedules, training new hires, and resolving customer issues. Qualifications : Proven experience in a leadership role or as a supervisor. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus. Responsibilities : Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations. Train and mentor employees. Create and maintain employee schedules. Address customer inquiries and concerns. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies when necessary. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Help develop strategies to increase sales and improve profitability.
