Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Woburn, MA. The Tree Service Laborer / Groundsperson will be responsible for assisting with tree removal, pruning, and general tree care. Day-to-day tasks include operating machinery and equipment, clearing debris, and ensuring site safety. The role requires physical labor and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

We are looking for a motivated, reliable groundsperson to add to our tree service team. Prior tree experience is preferred, but not required. We welcome any highly motivated individual who is either experienced in tree care, or excited to learn a new and rewarding trade.

Qualifications :

• Valid driver’s license, CDL-A a plus
• Strong work ethic and desire to learn
• Commitment to 40+ hours a week
• Ability to report to equipment yard in Woburn promptly at 6 : 00AM every weekday
• Must be comfortable working outdoors, in sometimes varying weather conditions

Job Responsibilities :

Tree experience is preferred, but not required.

Pay scale is $20 - $30 / hr ., to be determined based on experience. Benefits such as PTO, clothing allowance, health insurance and retirement plans are available.

This is year round work with plenty of overtime available.
