Job Title : CDZ Implementation Specialist

Job Location : Chicago, Illinois

Position Overview :

The Implementation Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of departmental processes and workflows. This position requires a proactive individual with strong organizational and communication skills, capable of working independently while supporting various teams and contributing to customer satisfaction. The specialist will work closely with customers to ensure all required documentation is obtained for the setup of their US Customs brokerage account, facilitating a smooth and efficient onboarding process.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor key workflows associated with CDZ account creation and other operational processes, ensuring adherence to established guidelines and procedures. This includes tracking key milestones and ensuring they are met to facilitate a speedy setup of the US Customs brokerage account.
• Ensure all aspects of the setup are completed both internally and externally and facilitate knowledge transfer and operational continuity within the team.
• Deliver exceptional internal and external customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to exceed customer expectations.
• Regularly monitor communication channels (e.g., Outlook group mailboxes, telephone calls) for escalations, taking appropriate actions to expedite critical updates and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with team members, management, and external partners to ensure seamless operations and support departmental goals.
• Participate in cross-training initiatives to acquire knowledge in key operational areas, ensuring backup support during peak periods.
• Ensure compliance with departmental procedures and requirements, escalating issues as necessary to maintain operational integrity.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the manager to support the departments objectives.
