Production Manager
The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations within the Printed Circuit Board (PCB) facility. This role ensures production schedules are met, quality standards are maintained, and efficiency improvements are continuously implemented. The Production Manager will lead and coordinate production staff, work closely with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams, and support operational strategies that drive customer satisfaction and business performance.

Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day production activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely manufacturing of PCB products.
- Schedule daily, weekly, and monthly shipment revenue to meet company goals.
- Supervise production teams, providing leadership, training, and performance feedback.
- Monitor production schedules, capacity, and workflow to meet on-time delivery commitments.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve issues and support continuous improvement.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, yield, scrap, and cycle time.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing practices and other process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Support capital projects and equipment upgrades to improve production capability.
- Drive employee engagement by fostering accountability, teamwork, and problem-solving on the shop floor.
Essential Skills
35 years of production management or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably electronics or PCB.Demonstrated experience in process improvement, workforce management, and meeting production goals.Familiarity with ERP / MRP systems and production scheduling tools.Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate production teams.Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality requirements for PCBs or related industries.Ability to interpret production data and take corrective action when needed.Experience with Lean Manufacturing or other continuous improvement methodologies.Solid organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $140000.00 / yr.
