A company is looking for a New Loan Officer Success Manager to develop and support newly hired Loan Officers.

Key Responsibilities

Train and develop sales and loan origination skills through structured coaching

Provide operational oversight to ensure Loan Officers meet performance metrics

Implement structured goal-setting and performance reviews to drive growth and production

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of recent sales leadership experience in retail mortgage lending

Demonstrated success in managing and developing teams of Loan Officers

Active NMLS license required

Recent hands-on origination experience with conventional and government loan products

In-depth understanding of mortgage sales and operations cycles
