What You'll Do

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity in a tech, media, or telecom location.

Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or unusual occurrences as per Allied Universal guidelines and site-specific protocols.

Assist visitors and employees with access control and provide directions or information as needed.

Collaborate with onsite staff and emergency personnel during incidents or drills to support security-related operations.

Maintain detailed logs and incident reports as required by Allied Universal and site procedures.

Minimum Requirements

Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

A valid guard card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
