Key Responsibilities :
- Utilize, calibrate, and configure laboratory testing systems and instruments
- Conduct testing and analysis related to electrical circuits, signal integrity, I-V and RF tests, and optical microscopy
- Manage procurement and inventory control of lab supplies and equipment
- Provide technical support, training, and guidance to lab technicians, engineers, and other team members
- Ensure compliance with ISO accreditations and audit requirements
- Generate detailed technical reports and deliver clear presentations
- Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment
Requirements
Requirements :
Minimum Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science4+ years of related industry experience with hands-on work using lab tools and basic test equipmentStrong background in electrical testing (Signal Integrity, Circuit design, I-V and RF tests), optical methods (Thermal and Light Microscopy), and design tools (SolidWorks, 3D printing, CT scanning)Expertise in lab equipment protocols, calibration, and configurationExperience in procurement and inventory management for laboratory suppliesKnowledge of ISO accreditation processes and audit requirementsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and presentationsAbility to collaborate effectively with peers and across departmentsProficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)Bonus Qualifications :
Experience with Python programming and foundational knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI)Knowledge of materials analysis techniques such as DSC, TGA, XRF, and FTIRProven laboratory management and operations experienceBenefits
