Software Category Manager

A company is looking for a Software Category Manager - IT Procurement.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute global category sourcing strategies for IT software

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and strategic suppliers

Lead procurement projects and manage the approval process for third-party expenditures

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (BA / BS) from a four-year college or university

Minimum 7 years of strategic sourcing experience, primarily in IT and technology

CPSM certification preferred

MBA preferred

Proven ability to negotiate and manage supplier relationships
