Job descriptionAnalyze business processes, gather requirements, and recommend improvements that align with business needs Collaborate with the development team for implementation Lead and perform system testing, including test planning, execution, and validation Troubleshoot production issues and partner with vendors and internal teams to resolve problems Create and deliver clear communication and training materials to support business partners and stakeholders Solid business analysis skills with proven experience gathering requirements and analyzing workflows Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence decisions Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment, skilled at prioritizing and problem-solving Experience with Agile, SDLC, or similar methodologies Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico Knowledge of the insurance industry (life or health) Working knowledge of qTest and tools such as Postman manual testing experience
