What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Analyze business processes, gather requirements, and recommend improvements that align with business needsCollaborate with the development team for implementationLead and perform system testing, including test planning, execution, and validationTroubleshoot production issues and partner with vendors and internal teams to resolve problemsCreate and deliver clear communication and training materials to support business partners and stakeholdersWhat is Required (Qualifications)
Solid business analysis skills with proven experience gathering requirements and analyzing workflowsStrong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence decisionsAbility to thrive in a fast-moving environment, skilled at prioritizing and problem-solvingExperience with Agile, SDLC, or similar methodologiesAble to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto RicoHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
