Project Scheduler
Mantech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Project Scheduler to join our team in the Lexington Park, MD area. This is an on-site position. This role will support the Cost and Schedule Analysis Department in the Navy Aviation Division at Mantech.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Collecting requirements from technical subject matter experts and translating into information used to develop and maintain an integrated government schedule (IGS)
- Evaluating project documentation such as Statements of Work (SOW), Integrated Master Plans (IMP), industry Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) to identify information relevant to the integrated government schedule
- Analyzing schedule data related to programs / projects and / or processes using MS Project, MS Excel, and MS Power BI
- Formatting and presenting schedule information and data using OnePager Professional, MS Power BI, MS Project, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel
- Facilitating meetings in support of schedule processes, which include various program or project stakeholders
Minimum qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in areas related to Math, Science, Business or Management and 4+ years of professional experience, or an Associate's Degree and 4 years of additional professional work experience, or a High School Diploma and 6 years of additional professional experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's DegreeExperience with critical path method and networked schedule development, baseline, and status using milestones, tasks, duration, lead / lag, and other standard datapoints / aspects of schedule development, maintenance, and analysisExperience using MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS WordExperience interfacing with senior level clientsPreferred qualifications :
Master's degree in areas related to Math, Science, Statistics, Business, Management, or EngineeringExperience with OnePager Professional and MS Power BIKnowledge and familiarity with government acquisition processesExperience with technical program management supportClearance requirements :
Must be a U.S. Citizen and be willing and able to obtain a DoD Secret security clearancePhysical requirements :
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
