Job descriptionAA in accounting or a related field is preferred 3+ years of general accounting experience is required. Demonstrated knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable is required. 1+ years of Construction accounting experience is required.
TGG's client in Summerville is seeking a Construction Accountant with experience communicating with Project Managers to join their established team.
Schedule : 5 days in office
Compensation : $60K - 65K (DOE) + Benefits
Position Overview :
- Maintain physical files for AP / AR.
- Sync QB with bill.com daily and fix any errors that arise
- Process Invoices through bill.com for payment,
- Code Payroll and fuel expenses by job
- Verify expense reports
- Obtain and file project permits
- Gather, organize, match & input aggregate & Soil Materials
- Submit vendor applications
- Work with Project Managers and Safety Managers to maintain site-specific safety data sheets
- Obtain and file project permits.
