Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility
• Shift: Days
• Working Hours: 0800-1630
• Days of the Week: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
• Floating to other facilities may be required
