Preconstruction Manager

We are seeking an experienced Preconstruction Manager / Estimator to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in the early stages of construction projects, leading preconstruction efforts, preparing accurate estimates, and supporting overall project planning. Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare detailed, accurate project estimates, cost analyses, and material takeoffs.
• Develop competitive bids and proposals for projects of varying sizes and complexity.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and project teams to define project scope and requirements.
• Evaluate subcontractor bids and assist with negotiations to achieve cost-effective solutions.
• Participate in preconstruction meetings and constructability reviews to identify challenges and recommend solutions.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and risk assessments to ensure successful project delivery.
• Stay current with construction methods, materials, cost factors, and industry trends.
• Assist with business development by identifying opportunities and contributing to proposals.
