Master Plumber / Responsible Master Plumber (RMP) - Lead Our New Plumbing Division

We are seeking a licensed Master Plumber who is ready to step into a leadership role, serve as our Responsible Master Plumber (RMP), and help us launch a brand-new plumbing division. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to be the foundation of a growing department with strong company backing.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the company's Responsible Master Plumber (RMP) with the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners
  • Pull permits and ensure compliance with all plumbing codes and state regulations
  • Supervise and mentor apprentices, tradesmen, and journeymen as the team grows
  • Lead plumbing installations, service, and repair for residential customers
  • Partner with ownership to design and grow the plumbing division

What We Offer

We recognize this role carries unique responsibility and are offering a competitive total compensation package that combines base pay, license authority, and performance incentives.

Pay Range : Base salary of $77,000-$87,000 / year depending on experience with earning potential of $100,000 - $125,000+ annually based on division performance

    • Who We're Looking For

  • Licensed Master Plumber in the State of Texas (required)
  • Willing and eligible to register as our Responsible Master Plumber (RMP)
  • Strong technical plumbing skills (residential service and installation)
  • Leadership ability - willing to train and supervise others
  • Entrepreneurial mindset - excited to help build a division from the ground up
  • Excellent customer communication and professionalism
