Diet Office Manager
Coordinates labor, food production and other resources to assure that meals are satisfactorily prepared within an environment that assures food safety and maximizes the potential to meet patient and customer needs. Effectively processes and manages aspects of the diet office management computer system. Ensures that the Diet Office automated management system is properly maintained, updated as needed and communicates those changes to pertinent staff as required.
Education :
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
Associate's Degree Preferred
Non Degree Program Certified Dietetic Assistant Preferred
Experience :
2 years experience in institutional health care or hospitality industry food service diet office and / or supervisory capacity. Required
1 year experience in CBORD / menu management software. Preferred
Licenses :
ServSafe Certification Required
Dietetic Tech Reg Preferred
Certified Dietary Manager Preferred
