MCGRATH OFFERS YOU:
Union Journeyman scale pay.
You will be required to join the St. Louis Laborers Union if not currently a member. McGrath will provide sponsorship letter if required.
JOB DESCRIPTION
You will perform physical labor tasks on various projects throughout the St. Louis regional area. You will need to be a skilled tradesman in all aspects of general construction. Your tasks will be but not limited to jobsite cleanup and organization, demolition, and assist carpenters.
You will be reporting to Project Superintendent and will need to take direction from that Team Leader.
Managing projects safely, profitable while looking out for the best interest of the client is a must.
