Description
We are excited to announce that our new Spring Hill location is scheduled to open in Spring 2026 !
We are currently hiring for multiple positions, with training to take place at our Columbia, TN site. Team members will then transition to the new Spring Hill location once it opens.
This position is a full-time, permanent onsite clinical position within Tennessee Orthopaedic Alliance.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients including subjective information, objective information, assessment, prognosis, and goals.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, educational programs for patients, and supervise technicians to provide quality patient care by improving mobility & strength, and decreasing future injury for return to functional activities
- Maintain and provide all documentation for the therapy treatment, utilizing TOA's EHR / EMR systems.
- Communicates effectively with providers, staff, patients, and families.
- Discharge patients as appropriate
- Utilizes EMR / EHR systems.
- Demonstrates positive engagement in providing the best customer service to patients and staff.
- Adheres to Federal and State regulatory laws and rules.
- Seeks appropriate input as needed.

Current (or pending) licensure in Physical Therapy in the State of Tennessee is required.Master / Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program.CPR CertificationEnjoys being part of a team that works collaboratively to achieve goalsExcellent written and verbal communication skills across all levelsPreferred
Minimum two years of experience in orthopaedics is preferredBenefits
