• 40 hour per week schedule with 32 - 40 hours guaranteed
• 26 points per week for physical therapy
• Home health setting
• Home health experience required
• HCHB certification required
• Hospital privileges required
• We provide complimentary housing and travel
• We arrange and cover costs for licensing and malpractice
