Position Overview :
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with State Farm and be passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. Salary range is based on base salary plus average bonus / commission expected
Key Responsibilities :
Generate and follow up on leads through agency marketing efforts, networking, referrals and walk ins.Conduct in person consultations with customers to assess needs and recommend appropriate solutionsBuild and maintain long term relationshipsMeet and exceed individual sales goalsProvide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email and textAddress customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information regarding State Farm products and services.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.Stay updated on State Farm policies, procedures, and product offerings.Qualifications :
