New Era is centered in the heart of downtown Indianapolis it is a multicultural and multi-ethnic church that is exciting and inviting to all who come. They have a strong commitment to ministering to their community and everyone is treated as family when walking through the doors of this welcoming and inviting congregation.
Position Overview : The Lead Pastor at NEC is responsible for providing spiritual leadership pastoral care and administrative oversight to the congregation. He will preach teach counsel and lead the church in fulfilling its mission to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ and serve the community.
The ideal candidate will be :

- Gifted in accurately and effectively communicating the Scripture
- Visionary in their leadership

- A Servant leader with high integrity
