Job Duties : Collect and analyze data to develop and optimize time, cost, and logistics, and identify and implement solutions to a variety of problems in the production of manufacturing technologies for ion implantation.

Duties include :

• Develop planning parameters within the ERP system for the production cell.
• Timely release and completion of Work Orders to support the Master Build Plan & customer delivery commitments.
• Manage and communicate the work in progress (WIP) priorities to support capacity constraints and on-time delivery.
• Analyze Work Order cost variances with timely resolution.
• Monitor and maintain the integrity of WIP inventory.
• Expedite and communicate component shortages to resolve material availability constraints.
• Implement and communicate Engineering Change Order (ECO) activity within the production cell.
• Perform material analysis using advance planning systems for expedited delivery requests.
• Support all Aftermarket manufacturing requirements within the cell to support on-time delivery.
• Manage customer configuration and incorporate any change within the production cell.
• Follow all ISO documented procedures and make recommendations to improve processes.

Position Requirements : Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Operations Analytics Management or a related field, plus 2 years of experience in a Production Planner / Planning related occupation.
