Position Title : Maintenance Planner

Work Schedule : 7 AM - 3 : 30 PM

Position Summary :

The Maintenance Planner plays a key role in supporting plant reliability and efficiency by coordinating maintenance activities, managing work orders, and ensuring timely execution of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.

Background & Context : This entry-level role is ideal for candidates looking to grow in industrial maintenance planning within a regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assigning new work to various planning and maintenance teams, daily.
• Assist in developing and maintaining preventive and demand maintenance schedules for equipment and utilities.
• Create, update, and close work orders in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). Coordinate with maintenance technicians, production staff, and vendors to plan and schedule maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance history, parts usage, and equipment downtime.
• Support inventory management of spare parts and tools.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, GMP).
