ServiceNow Developer

Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Leadership: Own the ServiceNow platform strategy across enterprise programs, ensuring alignment with client goals and regulatory requirements.
• rchitecture Oversight: Lead solution design and enhancement activities, maintaining technical integrity and governance across all ServiceNow initiatives.
• Transformation Advisor: Act as SME and thought leader for ServiceNow transformations, guiding clients through digital maturity and platform optimization.
• Operational Excellence: Drive cost transparency and value tracking for ServiceNow enhancements and integrations.
• Platform Stewardship: Stay current on ServiceNow products and integrated technologies, ensuring scalable and secure implementations.
• Client Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders to identify process improvements and develop strategic solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
Technical & Functional Skills
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience with integrations (Active Directory, Workday, Jira)
• Familiarity with healthcare payer systems and compliance frameworks (e.g., ITAR, NERC CIP)
Managerial & Collaboration Skills
• Proven ability to lead onsite-offshore teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
• Team player with cross-functional leadership experience
