Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership : Own the ServiceNow platform strategy across enterprise programs, ensuring alignment with client goals and regulatory requirements.
- rchitecture Oversight : Lead solution design and enhancement activities, maintaining technical integrity and governance across all ServiceNow initiatives.
- Transformation Advisor : Act as SME and thought leader for ServiceNow transformations, guiding clients through digital maturity and platform optimization.
- Operational Excellence : Drive cost transparency and value tracking for ServiceNow enhancements and integrations.
- Platform Stewardship : Stay current on ServiceNow products and integrated technologies, ensuring scalable and secure implementations.
- Client Collaboration : Partner with stakeholders to identify process improvements and develop strategic solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
Technical & Functional Skills
Deep expertise in ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.)Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesExperience with integrations (Active Directory, Workday, Jira)Familiarity with healthcare payer systems and compliance frameworks (e.g., ITAR, NERC CIP)Managerial & Collaboration Skills
