ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES include but are not limited to the following :
- Utilizes Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Dynamics to perform duties and responsibilities.
- Generates invoicing, statements and reports.
- Researches cash receipts, coding and posting of receipts.
- Researches and applies unallocated cash.
- Operates office equipment including personal computer, copiers, fax machines and 10-key calculator.
- Organizes and maintains up-to-date financial records.
- Assists in financial analysis, as requested.
- Organizes and maintains retention files for required period of time.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required, college level accounting classes preferred.2-3 years hands-on billing / collections experience preferred.Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Microsoft Dynamics preferred.Excellent written / verbal communication skills.Good mathematical background.Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Ability to demonstrate good common sense and sound judgment.Ability to use 10-key calculator for a variety of accounting functions.Ability to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimum direction.PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Requires sitting, standing, and occasional light lifting.
