This is a new role due to growth and looking for a skilled Commercial Lines Account Manager to handle mid to large market accounts. In this role, you will manage complex commercial accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Service medium to large commercial accounts $100,000+ in premium, working closely with team members to manage both new and renewal processes, as well as ongoing account maintenance.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by effectively addressing client inquiries and meeting their insurance needs.
- Apply your deep understanding of insurance coverages and concepts to manage client accounts effectively.
