Contract Length : 13 weeks

Primary Location : Deaconess Illinois Crossroads Crossroads Community Hospital Mt. Vernon, IL
Shift Requirements : 12-hour nights (7p-7a)
Float Requirements : May float to Med-Surg as needed. Possible cover as House Supervisor, as needed.
On Call / Call Back Requirements : No, on-call. If low census and call-back, arrive within one hour.
Weekend / Holiday Requirements : Every other / Every other
Required Certifications to be Attached upon Submittal : IL state RN license, AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS
Minimum Experience : 2 years ICU / Critical Care
Charting Experience Required : EPIC Required
Required Skillset : ICU / Critical Care
Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio) : Licensed 7 beds / 2 : 1 ratio ICU / 3 : 1 Med-Surg.

GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed
